About Clear + Brilliant and Perméa
Our two-in-one Clear + Brilliant machine features two different handheld devices: Clear + Brilliant Original and Perméa. These are great options for general touch-ups, ongoing maintenance, and before an occasion. Patients with a combination of the following skin issues can be treated with both lasers.

Treatment details
You will be given a topical numbing agent that takes about 20 to 30 minutes to work. Once you’re numbed, we will remove the topical and treatment will begin. The handheld laser device will pass over the skin, using the laser light to make millions of microscopic holes within your skin. This causes your normal skin to re-epithelialize and grow in, resulting in skin that is more soft, supple, and beautiful. Treatments are very tolerable and take about 30 minutes. While patients notice results with just one treatment, we recommend a series of four sessions scheduled one month apart for optimal results. Texture and tone results may require more treatments. During your consultation, we will determine how many treatments you will need.
Recovery
With both Clear + Brilliant and Perméa, recovery time is minimal. Your skin may have a sunburn-like feeling and/or some swelling for a few days, and your skin may feel rough. This is normal and means that the dead skin cells are leaving.
